Blue Water Fest returns starting to celebrate the Port Huron to Mackinac Sailboat Races. Events kickoff with the International Day Parade on July 13th. Other highlights include concerts from Puddle Of Mudd and Dylan Scott, an art fair, a small carnival, and fireworks. Plus a Taste of Port Huron extends the festival into Saturday, July 16th.
