Caregivers can take a breath and enjoy a day focusing on their own wellbeing with the Caregiver Respite Expo in June of 2025. Lynn Wilhelm with the Dementia & Alzheimer’s Association of St. Clair County shares a few of the planned events including yoga, aromatherapy, a prepared meal, and a speaker.
