State Representatives Shane Hernandez and Gary Eisen and officials at Tri-Hospital EMS will tour local EMS/911 operations on Grand River Ave in Port Huron to showcase Tri-Hospital EMS’ life-saving work and highlight what’s needed to ensure these services can continue effectively. The purpose of the trip is to help understand the struggle to find and retain the talent needed to operate Michigan’s ambulance agencies. They will also learn about their operations and what is needed to ensure they meet the needs of residents.
