On Saturday, March 2nd it’s National Read Across America Day in United States. Read Across America is an annual reading motivation and awareness program that calls for every child in every community to celebrate reading on March 2, the birthday of the beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss. A fun fact about Dr. Seuss is this year it’s his 115th birthday! To celebrate Read Across America adults and kids can set a time to read at home or head to one of the many local library branches throughout St. Clair County.
