Joseph Platzer, Police Chief of the city of Port Huron, recently graduated with his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint. City Manager, James Freed commented, “Platzer was able to juggle work, family, as well as advanced studies at U of M. while completing his degree.
