The students of the Culinary Institute of Michigan have again placed in the state competition. In the competition, the teams must demonstrate dedication and experience in the culinary industry. This year’s assigned classical dish was the fish course. Both Port Huron and Muskegon teams won second and third place at the 2019 ACF Michigan Student Team State Championships.
