Love is in the air but so is the flu! The Center for Disease Control and Prevention want to make sure that everyone knows the risks and the preventative measures of the flu. The CDC suggests that everyone 6 months of age and older should get a flu vaccine every year. Some preventive actions to stop the spread of germs are washing hands frequently, avoid touching your nose, mouth, and eyes, if you are ill stay home for at least 24 hours and clean and disinfect surfaces and objects that may be contaminated with germs like flu.
