This will be the 10th Winter White Out’s Poetry & Songwriting Competition held at LaCroix’s Riverside pub in St. Clair. This year’s contest will center on Ed Swiss, St. Clair’s formidable police chief during the Prohibition years and his battle with outsiders taking over the booze smuggling business.
