The St. Clair County Health Department’s is transitioning to a new and improved electronic medical health record system in April with training occurring in March. Due to the training the regularly scheduled walk-in clinic services for Sexually Transmitted Infections and HIV testing, pregnancy testing, and condom distribution will not be available on Tuesday, March 13th and 20th due to mandatory staff training. Those in need of those services are asked to make an appointment by calling (810) 987-5300. Normal walk-in clinic services hours will resume on March 27.
