The Michigan Department of Transportation will invest $8.3 million in steel and paint repairs as well as concrete sealant protectant on the eastbound span of the Blue Water Bridge, heading into Canada. This project will address any steel corrosion and paint repairs required from the U.S. plaza through the mid-span of the eastbound lanes. The project will begin Monday, June 11th and is estimated to be complete by November 2019.
