Construction to rebuild the St. Clair Highway Bridge over Belle River along with the adjacent roadway will be starting Monday, April 23, and continue through September 2018. Work includes a new single span truss bridge, asphalt pavement, ditching, storm sewer, intersection improvements, guardrail, and miscellaneous items. The project is being financed by the State of Michigan, St. Clair County Road Commission, and China Township totaling over $2 million.
