The Community Health Fair is Saturday, April 7th, this is where you can take advantage of some high quality medical screenings. They will be offering free blood pressure testing, grip testing, breast health screenings, smoking cessation, Diabetes Education and Nutrition, and insurance enrollment assistance. This event is free and open the community, the community health fair will be held at the Port Huron Commission Reinvestment Center, located at 3013 24th street.
