Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who complete stated steps in each weekly video post by ebw.tv the weeks of November 27,2017-December 20, 2017 giving a contestant up to 4 entries to win. The contestant must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.The Campaign is only open to legal residents of\u00a0United States, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of ebw.tv, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the \u201cEmployees\u201d), and immediate family members and\/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.<\/p>\n
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (\u201cYou\u201d) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. 3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on November 27th at 2:30 p.m EST. and ending December 20th at 11:59 p.m EST. All online entries must be received by\u00a0December 20th at 11:59 p.m. EST. The winner will be announced by Friday, December 22 at 6:00 p.m. EST.<\/p>\n
4. How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by completing each step announced in a weekly video posted on www.ebw.tv and on ebw.tv’s Facebook page. There will be a video posted each week on Monday by 2:30 p.m. EST for 4 weeks. This will give each contestant up to 4 entries. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of\u00a0ebw.tv.\u00a0 You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Prizes: The winner of the “Weekend to Unwind” sweepstakes will receive 2 nights stay at the Double Tree by Hilton in Port Huron (subject to availability at the discretion of the hotel), $50 River Crab gift card, Lunch for 2 at Tio Gordo’s, 4 Sperry’s movie tickets, a gift card to Huron Soap and Candle, $50 to Weekends, 4 Port Huron Museum Season passes and 2 passes to the Hallway Escape in Port Huron. The winner of the “Night to Recharge” sweepstakes will receive a 1 night\u00a0stay at the Double Tree by Hilton in Port Huron (subject to availability at the discretion of the hotel), brunch for 2 at the River Crab, $35 gift card to Weekends, a gift card to Huron Soap and Candle, 2 Sperry’s movie tickets and 2 passes to the Hallway Escape in Port Huron. Actual\/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by\u00a0ebw.tv.\u00a0 No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at\u00a0ebw.tv’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable.
