Only 33 percent of teenage dating abuse victims disclose the abuse. the executive director of the MDHHS Division of Victim Services Debi Cain states that “All Michiganders can play a part in ending teen dating violence\u2026we can educate ourselves about this critical issue and direct youth to supportive services.
