The team won districts last week defeating Fort Gratiot 18-1, Greenwood 9-1, Algonac 9-1 and 10-2 according to coach Phil Russell. The team plays their first game today at 3 p.m. Another St. Clair team also begins their state title bid this weekend. The Saint Clair 11u boys baseball team won their district against Marysville last week. They start their state run on Saturday against Commerce Township at 630pm in the State tournament in Taylor. This group is back to back district 7 champs.
