The plans to restore the damage to a useable causeway are being finalized. An engineering firm has been hired and consulted with the contractors and is committed to a speedy resolution. Since the start of the Save Our Port campaign, the campaign has raised $12,500 and continues to receive funds. Their plan is now to collect funds until Monday, April 16th and present them to the Blue Water Ferry the next day. To donate to the Save our Port you can email stewyvi@msn.com
