Work will include removing the existing culvert and placing a new precast concrete box culvert. Work will also include new guardrail, asphalt patchwork, slope stabilization, and restoration. The project will occur under a full closure of Herber Drive until January 18, 2019. The Road Commision also began construction to rebuild the Fisher Road bridge over Black River along with the adjacent roadway. The work includes a new single span truss bridge, asphalt pavement, and new guardrail. The closure will last until June 2019
