Chilly Fest kicks off on Friday, at the main tent with the band Your Generation and the start of the last weekend of Silver Stick Finals. On Saturday there will be a chili cookoff with 10 local restaurants competing to be voted best chili. There will also be the Blue Water Young Professionals Bed Races, the POHO Hot Cocoa run, free horse-drawn carriage rides, ice sculptures, and live entertainment all day.
