https://thumbcoast.tv/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Screen-Shot-2018-02-01-at-9.18.48-AM.png191190The Port Huron Schools Endowment Fund will be hosting the K’s for Kids one mile/5K fun run on Saturday, June 16, at the Fort Gratiot Trail System, located behind the Ft. Gratiot Meijer store. The one mile race will begin at 8:30 a.m., followed by the 5K run at 9 a.m. Registration for each race is $25 until April 29, when it increases to $30. All Kindergarten through 12th grade students from any school are eligible for a $10 discount on their registration. Medals for age categories will be handed out immediately following the 5K race. This is the fun run event’s fourth year fundraising for the Port Huron Schools Endowment fund, which supports college access programs and STEAM classroom grants.
