Effective May 1, the St. Clair County Health Department’s Family Planning and Clinic Services programs will be combined and renamed the Personal Health Clinic. The clinic will offer expanded services for both men and women, or anyone who is sexually active, at risk for Sexually Transmitted Infections, or seeking a birth control method.
