Yale University worries about the confusion of the Yale Public Schools. From the Yale Expositor of April 4th, Yale Public Schools Superintendent Ken Nicholl reported to the Yale school board that Yale University is no longer pursuing a copyright infringement against the school district for use of the crested Y with Yale Public Schools on it. He added the university is now asking the district to stop using navy and white as the school colors.
