Sheriff Garry Biniecki recently announced the promotion of Deputy Rob Wendling to the position of Detective of Sanilac County. Detective Wendling started his career at the Sheriff’s Office in 2009 and has worked various assignments, such as; Firearms Instructor, Fire Investigator, Drug Task Force Investigator, Special Response Team Member and has recently worked as the Weighmaster and D.A.R.E. Instructor. Congratulations to Rob Wendling on the new position of Detective.
