This weekend if you are looking for a fur-ever furry friend, now’s your chance. The Bissell Pet Foundation, once again holding one of there bi-annual events called Empty the Shelters. From 10am to 2 pm on Saturday, May 4th at both the Blue Water Humane Society and St. Clair County’s Animal Control office, all kittens, cats and dogs will be up for adoption with a $25 adoption fee. The goal of the event on Saturday, is to empty the shelter and make sure that the animals housed at the facility go home to a loving and caring new family.
