If you were able to see the moon last night you would have noticed it being larger and brighter than normal…well that’s because it was a super moon. This year in 2019 there will be 3 times that the moon will be considered. Unfortunately, two of those dates were January 21st and February 19th…but stay hopeful there’s still one more opportunity to catch the super moon on the night of March 19th! The third and last super moon of the year will happen when the perigee distance will be reached a day and five hours before the full Moon. So mark your calendars and get out those telescopes and catch that super moon.
