Blue Water Arts Committee is Giving Away Guitars

The Blue Water Arts Committee of the Community Foundation of St. Clair County is seeking grant proposals for a youth guitar giveaway program. The program consists of five individual grants. Each grant will consist of five youth Washburn guitars each with a hard case. Those interested in applying for the grant should visit stclairfoundation.org. Applications are due by October 31st.
