In the spirit of Halloween, the St. Clair County Library – Port Huron location is hosting a Ghost Riders tour for students 10 to 19 years of age. The tour will be held on Monday, October 15th from 6:30 to 8:45 pm. The trolley will take the riders around to ghostly places in Port Huron. Then Christopher Troy will show a documentary and explain ghostly encounters in Port Huron. Registration is required prior to the event. For more information or to register call 810-987-7323.
