Good news for the economic impact and development growth in not only the city of Port Huron but also St. Clair County. The Harrington Inn in downtown Port Huron has officially sold and the new $12.7 million hotel will be open next summer! Korissa Wilkins of Kramer Commerical Reality was able to seal the deal with the new owners and developers by bringing them into the city and showing them what all the Blue Water Area has to offer. The plan for construction is set to begin immediately.
