St. Clair County’s Homeland Security and Emergency Management is looking for students 7 through 10th grade to be a part of the 2018-19 Youth Readiness Council. The purpose of this Council allows members to complete self-selected youth preparedness projects; to voice their opinions, experiences, ideas, solutions, and questions on youth disaster readiness with the leadership of Homeland Security and Emergency Management; and to strengthen their community preparedness.
