County Administer and Controller Karry Hepting will outline the top priorities of 2018 in her annual State of St. Clair County Address. There will also be speakers and a panel which include County Commissioner Jeff Bohm, Port Huron City Manger James Free, Marysville City Mager Randy Fernandez, Marine City Manager Elaine Leven and Algonac city Manger Denice Gertensberg.
